Spring time is right around the corner and with it brings outdoor living. With the move the outdoors we are bringing things out of storage to be used regularly and this can cause some disarray on your patio. You have some options as to what you can do here, you can either pile these items up in the corner of your patio when not in use or you can add a storage solution to your patio and keep these items out of sight when not in use.

When looking for a storage chest, you will be greeted by a couple of options. The most economical option is a plastic storage chest; these usually come in a couple of different preset sizes and are either brown or green. These types of garden storage chests can be good short term but will deteriorate over time, if in direct sunlight expect it to be faded after the first year. Since these are cheaply made they aren't very sturdy and can fall apart or distort over time, and because these come in predefined sizes you will likely be stuck with a chest that is either too small or too big leaving you with less space for entertaining or not enough storage for all of your outdoor items.
